Today we are celebrating Emily Tremblay's 1st birthday. I will bring my camera and take pictures, but I'm not sure when I will be able to post them, since our computer is broken. I'm using Chris' work laptop.

Memorial Day Weekend

It was actually a somewhat relaxing weekend. Saturday we went over Julie and Rich's house for dinner. Sunday we played outside all day! Monday we went to the Sterling Heights Parade. My mom has pics, but we are having computer issues...so not sure when it will be fixed. Then we went to Suzy and Jim's house for a BBQ and back to my mom's. I hope everyone enjoyed there weekend and the beautiful weather!

Little Mermaid

Today we went and had Karli's dance pictures taken. They did a great job....you all will be receiving one shortly, whether you like it or not. I of course have too many!

Dance rehearsal

This is Karli in her mermaid dance costume. All the kids danced on stage at the rehearsal, it was chaotic, but what do you expect with 3 year olds. Happy birthday mom!

Sunday was my mom's birthday. Jay, Julie, Papa Gus, Chris, myself, Karli and Cameron went to visit and enjoyed dinner and cheesecake. It was good to see Jay and Julie before they left on their honeymoon to Mexico!

Happy 35th birthday to Jason Felosak as well!

Jay and Julie had a wonderful wedding. The weather was pretty nice except for a few sprinkles here and there. The ceremony at the chapel was beautiful and they had a string trio that added a perfect touch. Karli did a great job all day! It was a long day for her and at about 10:00 she told me she was ready to home with grandma Carmen. The reception was at Club Monte Carlo and we had a nice time dancing and chatting with friends and family. Calm before the storm

Right now it is 7:45 and the house is quiet. Chris is off playing hockey...when he gets home Karli and I will go get our hair done @ 9:00. Her dance recital rehearsal is @ 11:00. Pictures @ Julie's house @12:30. Pictures @ the chapel with Jay @ 2:00. Wedding @ 3:30, more pictures then reception! Exhausted yet? I'm packing sandwiches to eat in the car!

Chris will be responsible for Cameron. He will be taking him to Cara and Jay's house for the night (Thank you, Thank you!), then over to Jay's house. Rain looks like it should hold off for the important outside events (lets hope)!

Cameron is too cute these days....he's quite the dancer! He's starting to become a daddy's boy. He walks around saying Dada a lot! Still no mama. Karli is still terrified of monsters and it seems to be getting worse as her imagination talks herself into these long monster stories. I guess you can't be 20 and still scared of monsters right? I'm video taping her recital rehearsal and taking lots of pictures today.....stay tuned!

Thursday

Today we went grocery shopping, I planted some Hostas and let the kids play outside for a while, then we went to the wedding rehearsal. Karli did such a great job! We ran through the rehearsal twice. Let's just hope she does it the same way on Saturday! Keep your fingers crossed that it won't rain, since we do have to walk outside from the back of the chapel to the front and take pictures outside at the gardens We went to the Packard Grill down the street from the chapel for some yummy pizza and salad. I forgot my camera once again..maybe I can get some pics from my mom to post. We wish Jay and Julie a wonderful day on Saturday!!!!!

Kids will be kids

Kids are attracted to mud and dirt. I don't get it!

Most of the work is done, I think mulch is next. That is for another weekend! Thank you to everyone that helped! It was really appreciated!

Let the landscaping begin!

The Semi showed up Thursday afternoon. We had a lot to plant. We started the planting on Friday and have some more to plant today. Then on Sunday we are having Chris' family and my family over for Mother's Day!

Chris was out of town Monday night for work, I worked Mon, Tues, and had a CE course on Wed. Today our landscaping is being delivered. Weather permitting, it will look like someone lives here, instead of just dirt!

Last weekend

Last weekend we had game night with our neighbors until 3:30 am, that was sat night. Sunday we celebrated Brayden's 1st birthday. I had lots of cute pictures, but I have been having trouble transferring the pics from my camera into the Kodak program. So until that is fixed there will be no pics. Sorry. I have little time to work on that. Everyone had a great time with our friend and what a nice day it was to be outside! Happy birthday Brayden!
